Please allow us the flexibility of scheduling the start time of our cleaning between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We try to schedule our cleanings in anorder that requires the least amount of travel time to maintain our prices andavoid trip fees. If you require an AM or PM clean time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
No, but it is certainly your preference.Most of our customers aren’t home but the vast majority purchase a lockbox or trust us with a key and alarm code. If you do not provide us a key, and you are not home to let us in at their scheduled cleaning time, a lock-out charge maybe applied.
We realize that life gets busy andsometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. We ask that youplease let us know at least 48 hrs. in advance, so we can change ours schedulesor arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning. Latecancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Fees may apply if cleaning goes over a month without cleaning.
If something gets broken or damaged, ourstaff are trained to photograph it and report it immediately, with out reprimand. They are careful and considerate of each space they attend, butevery now and then accidents do happen. Once reported to the office, we contactyou to discuss a fair and quick resolution. We do ask that any irreplaceableitems are put away and anything you are concerned about is noted at the time of booking.
We provide the equipment & professional-grade chemicals needed to thoroughly clean your home.If yourequire to use your cleaning supplies, note that we are not responsible for any damage associated with those products, when this request is made we ask that you have the cleaning chemicals & supplies ready so we can perform our cleaning service as efficiently as possible.If you require us to use green cleaning products or If you want us to use your cleaning products, please let us know before we start the service.
We are a pet-friendly company and perfectly happy to service your family, no matter the various species it includes. PS: RG Cleaning Services is not responsible for yourpets. You know your pets best. If you have concerns about your pet’s behavior, safety, etc. Please restrict your pets and/or remove your pets from theproperty during cleaning service if you feel it necessary or have any concerns, they might get nervous, angry, or anxious.
We make our best efforts to send the same cleaning techs each time. It’s the most efficient but we do not guarantee it. We are managing both our staff and clients’ needs which are constantly influx. If you are sent an alternate cleaning technician, our staff have accessto detailed information about your preferences and requests to ensure consistency of our services.
Payment is due within 24h of the service. We’ll send a link where youcan pay with your card. We accept cash (in an envelope written RG CLEANING, Zelle, Venmo or check.
MOLD – Mold removal is a specialty, Due to OSHA regulations, we cannot be liable for any mold-related risks in client’s homes.
We cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing any animals & humans’ body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, birdcages & urine or excretions.
